DIAMUN Registration
School registrations - After filling out the School Registration Form, you will receive login details to the DIAMUN 2025 portal. Please login and pay the registration fee. Once the payment is completed, you will get full access to the portal.

Fees
Registration fee for school delegation​ and individual delegates

Cost per Delegate/Advisor - 600 AED + 5% VAT - Total 630 AED

Cost per Press Member/Student Officer/Admin - 300 AED + 5% VAT – Total 315 AED

School registration fee for school delegations - 1000 AED + 5% VAT - Total 1050 AED
*The above cost is only inclusive of conference registration, conference lunch and the social event. Other expenses (transportation, accommodation, food, etc.) will be covered by delegates.
By submitting the Online Registration Form (FORM I) all the participants acknowledges that he/she, the school and students have agreed and accepted the Code of Conduct, the General Terms and Conditions as well as the DIAMUN Privacy Policy.

A final statement of numbers and names of participants is required on the online FORM II by 8th January 2025
From Wednesday​, 8th January 2025 100% of the fees/charges are due and non-refundable.
All payments are to be made in AED to DIAMUN bank account via Online Payment. Online Payment and Payment Invoice could be found in Administration Module, under the Accounts tab. Please use the exchange rate given by your bank on the day of transfer, net of all bank charges.
Payment Details
Upon successful registration through the registrations form, you will receive a confirmation on the email address that you registered with, confirming your registration along with your credentials for the DIAMUN portal and its link. Alternatively, you can click on the Login Module page under the administration tab on our website. You can then proceed with the payment by logging into the portal.

Upon login, MUN Directors will initially be directed to the page where they can pay the school and director registration fees. After these fees have been paid, MUN Directors will be granted access to the MUN director portal where they can complete form II (once available) and the payment of delegate fees.
